It does no matter if you deleted the files, or if the device became faulty, there is always a chance that we are able to retrieve the information.
If you want us to do any data recovery, following this procedure:
1. Fill in the form below explaining exactly what media it is and what has happened to it. With as much detail as possible.
2. We will then contact you with our address and how to go about getting the media to us. If you are based in Port Elizabeth, we will collect free of charge.
3. Once we receive the media we will go about testing it and see which procedure we need to follow to recover the data.
4. Based on that we will send you a quotation. If you accept it, we will do the data recovery and send the information back to you. We will do this either on CDs or DVDs, depending on what you prefer. If you do not accept it, we will not charge anything. You are just responsible for the postage and packaging to get the media back to you.
