We were commissioned to create a website for Animal Benefits. The website would be in the form of an Alternative Healing Directory for Animals and Birds. With animals being a passion of ours here are CM Computer Services, it was a lovely project to be a part of.

The website was made with Drupal as a back end. It makes use of a few customized Drupal Modules that we developed.

4×4 Vehicles was just launched. It’s quite bare at the moment and we’ve just completed the backend for the website. It runs on Wordpress version 3.0, together with some customised plugins to help create better SEO’d pages.

The aim of 4×4 Vehicles is to provide a database of all 4×4 vehicles, past and present. It’s being done with the help of 4×4 Tec

Recently we finished compiling the database for South Africa Schools. The website was developed using Drupal 6 and takes advantage of Google Maps to display maps to the schools, while it usesTaxonomy and Taxonomy Context to create the menus.

The South Africa Schools database that contains almost 30,000 entries is available to purchase from the website.

We have just launched the South Africa Insurance Website. This website offers you the facility to get various Insurance Quotations and Save 32% on your Current Insurance Premium.

The website has been built using Wordpress and a customized theme.

We have just launched a Human Resource Articles website. This is a collection of all the latest articles relating to Human Resources.

We’ve just released a free Keyword Density tool at http://www.keyworddensity.info. Use it to analyse the Keyword Density whenever you write an article or just your website in general. This will give you a good idea to how search engines are seeing your website in terms of keywords.

As a personal project I’ve spent some time figuring out how to write Google Chrome Web Browser Extensions. The first one find FLV links on a web page. Read more about it on my personal blog site FLV Chrome Extension

We have just completed a website that is made to showcase Auto Vehicles. It gathers information from various websites that feature Auto Vehicles and provides you with an easy to use website to browse the Vehicles. Check it out! Auto Vehicles.

Drupal is amazing in how it simplify things for developers.  I’ve recently tried playing around with some RSS feed to post conversions, and ended up writing my own.  As an example I set up http://www.freelancesoftwaredevelopment.co.za/.  This module checks up on RSS feeds every 15 minutes and then updates the website automatically.  This way you are able to automate the posting of new content to a site.

The site is still a work in progress, and is more there for a proof of concept than anything else.  Things like making the descriptions of the RSS feed items display better is in the works.
